Policy warranty
This policy is a part in our work to improve on us and our products. You as a customer can help us with this through reporting faults on our products as shown below. It is our ambition to build good relations with quick actions to correct faults and problems. A complaint from a customer is processed as quick as possible.
Warranty time
We give a 2 year warranty on our products for fabrication fault / damage. Exceptions are fabric, wheels and batteries where we give 1 year warranty. A normal wear and tear is not accepted as a warranty. We urge our customers to use the products according to the manual.
