Reclamation

Our customers commitment:

  1. Report a reclamation by mail or post. Name the product and the incident.
    Mail: claim@eurovema.se
    Post: Eurovema Mobility AB, Customer support, Baldersvägen 38, SE-332 35 GISLAVED

  2. The article is send to Eurovema Mobility  together with a reclamation form containing:

    - Product serial number
    - Product name/ number
    - Description of damage
    - Your / customers desire of action: (credit, new article, etc.)

If more than one article is sent an obvious connection between documents and articles should be carried out.

Eurovema Mobility´s commitment

We evaluate the reclamation and take actions towards the customer and product. It is in our interest to be as quick as possible towards our customers.
